Terms of Service

1. Payment Terms

All website design and development projects require full payment upfront before we commence any work. This ensures both parties are committed to the project and allows us to allocate the necessary resources to complete your project efficiently. Domain registration will be completed immediately after payment is received, before the main development work begins.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/debit cards
• Digital payment platforms (as agreed upon)

2. Refund Policy

The 50% refund covers the time already rendered on the project and does not include domain registration costs. Once a project is published and goes live, no refunds will be issued.

Refund Process

• Refund requests must be made before project publication
• 50% of the total project cost will be refunded
• Domain registration fees are non-refundable
• All project files and work will be terminated
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

3. Domain Registration

We will register and configure your chosen domain name immediately after receiving full payment, before beginning the main website development process. This ensures you have ownership of your domain from the start and allows you to verify the domain is exactly what you want before we proceed with the full project.

Domain Package Inclusions

• Basic Package: 1-year domain registration
• Professional Package: 2-year domain registration
• Enterprise Package: 3-year domain registration

Domain Selection

You will receive a personalized domain of your choosing, subject to availability at the time of registration. We will work with you to find the best available domain name for your business.

4. Email Services

Email services are available as an additional service for $40 per year, in addition to the price of your website package. This includes:

• Up to 4 users with their own @yourdomain.com email addresses
• Professional email accounts with your domain name
• Webmail access
• Basic email support

Email services must be purchased separately from your website package and will be set up after your website is completed.

5. Project Timeline

Project timelines will be communicated at the start of each project. While we strive to meet all deadlines, factors such as client feedback delays, content provision, and project complexity may affect the final delivery date.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide all necessary content and materials in a timely manner
• Review and provide feedback within agreed timeframes
• Ensure all content is accurate and approved for publication
• Provide access to any existing accounts or platforms as needed

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own all rights to your website design and content. We retain the right to showcase your project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Support and Maintenance

Support periods are included with each package as specified in your contract. Support includes fixing broken links, spelling errors, and minor content updates. Support does not include adding new content, pages, or additional services.

8. Limitation of Liability

DSO Store LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
